Annex I: management requirements for the application of mandatory product certification marks
According to the requirements of the regulations of the people's Republic of China on certification and accreditation, CNCA uniformly formulates and issues the compulsory product certification mark (hereinafter referred to as CCC Mark) and guides the supervision and management of CCC Mark. In order to maintain the authority of compulsory product certification, the following requirements are put forward for certified enterprises to apply CCC Mark.
1、 The products listed in the compulsory product certification catalogue (hereinafter referred to as the catalogue) must obtain the certification certificate issued by the certification authority designated by the national certification and Accreditation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the designated certification authority) and meet the certification requirements within the certification validity period before using the CCC Mark.
2、 The products listed in the catalogue must pass the certification and be marked with CCC before they can be delivered, imported, sold and used in business activities.
3、 Specification of approval mark
CCC marks are divided into standard CCC marks and non-standard CCC marks. The ratio of external diameter of elliptic long and short axis of CCC sign is 8:6.3, and the specific graphic scale is shown in Figure 1.

4、 CCC logo color
The color of uniformly printed standard CCC logo is white base plate and black pattern. If printing, molding, molding, silk screen printing, painting, etching, engraving, branding, stamping and other methods (the above methods are hereinafter referred to as printing / molding) are used to add CCC marks on the products or product nameplates, the base plate and pattern color can be reasonably selected according to the product appearance or the overall design of the nameplates.
5、 Application position of CCC sign
The uniformly printed CCC Mark of standard specification must be placed on the obvious position of the outer body of the certified product. If the CCC Mark is printed / molded, the CCC Mark shall be printed and molded on the nameplate or the obvious position of the outer body of the product. If CCC Mark cannot be applied on the body of relevant certified products, the CCC Mark must be applied on the minimum package of products and the attached documents.
If the certified special products cannot be marked with CCC according to the above provisions, the special style of "China Compulsory Certification" mark must be printed or molded on the product body.
6、 Application requirements for printed / molded CCC marks
（1） Application requirements for basic patterns of printed / molded CCC signs
The CCC Mark can be enlarged or reduced according to the proportion of the basic style, but it shall not be deformed, and the pattern of the certification mark shall be clear and legible.
（2） Application requirements for special styles of printed / molded CCC signs
The products in the following catalogue are allowed to be added with special CCC marks by certified enterprises.
1. Wire and cable products
When special style marks are used, the English abbreviation "CCC" of "China Compulsory Certification" shall be printed, and the font size shall adapt to the overall dimensions of wire and cable products, as shown in Figure 2.
2. Motor vehicle brake hose products
When special style marks are used, the brake hose body shall be printed with the English abbreviation "CCC" of "China Compulsory Certification", as shown in Figure 3.
7、 When the certified enterprise needs the standard CCC Mark, it can purchase the standard CCC Mark from the designated certification authority.
8、 The certified products can be marked with CCC on the outer package of the products. Products produced abroad and certified must be marked with CCC before import; Products produced in China and certified must be marked with CCC before leaving the factory.
9、 The certified enterprise shall establish the use and management system of CCC Mark, and truthfully record and archive the use of CCC Mark.
10、 Local certification supervision and administration departments at all levels are responsible for supervising and inspecting the use of CCC marks in their respective regions according to their responsibilities. The designated certification authority shall supervise and inspect the use of CCC Mark of its licensed products.
